The Eclipse-NH an electromechanical, omnidirectional siren produced by Federal Signal Corporation. It is identical to the Eclipse-8 except for the lack of projectors. The Eclipse-NH was discontinued due to lack of sales in 2012. It was designed to compete with American Signal Corporation's Tempest T-112 siren, with both sirens being fairly similar in design.
Some of the first installations of the Eclipse-NH are in San Luis Obispo County, California, as part of PG&E's (Pacific Gas and Electric) Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant siren system across San Luis Obispo County, which was installed in 2005 and 2006. The system features two known Eclipse-NH's.
