The '''Model 3''' was an omnidirectional siren produced by [[Federal Signal Corporation]]. This siren has a rating of 105 decibels at 100 feet. It was a very basic small 12 port siren. Very similar to the Model 5, but smaller. The Model 3 is most notably famous for being the "grandfather" of the [[2001 series]].

In the early years of the Cold War, [[Federal Signal Corporation]] released a version of the '''Model 3''' that was dual tone. Although the exact decibel rating is not known, it presumably produced 101-103 decibels at 100 feet.
