It's essentially the smaller version of the C3 1/2 or commonly known as [[Model 7]]. The rotor is 15 inches in diameter and shares the same rotor as the 12-port side of the 2T22 siren. There are two variant of the Model 5: the Model 5 which was available in 12 and 8 port single tone, and Model 5T which is 9/12 port dual tone.
