The Model 3 was an omnidirectional siren produced by Federal Signal Corporation. This siren has a rating of 105 decibels at 100 feet. It was a very basic small 12 port siren. Very similar to the Model 5, but smaller. The Model 3 is most notably famous for being the "grandfather" of the 2001 series.

Federal Signal Corporation released a version of the Model 3 that was dual tone. The only currently known 3T in the wild is located at the Chatham Community Park in Chatham, IL.
