The HLS-273 is the last type of pneumatic siren made by German manufacture Hormann gmbH. It was an even more improved F-71 by use of a smaller head and electric powered air compressor and generator. This is the most common pneumatic siren in Germany and there is at least 20+ still in service. The downside is that it is not as loud as the F-71.
