The C1 1/2 or most commonly known as the Model 3, not to be confused with the C2 1/2 which had a 2 inch larger rotor, was a 3 horse power, mechanical, omni-directional siren produced by Federal Signal Corporation part of the Fedelcode lineup. It's essentially the smaller version of the Model 5. The rotor is 13 inches in diameter which came in 2 different port ratios: 12 and 8-port single tone only. No dual tone versions of this siren were available. The siren was housed in a very simple enclosure that resembles an air vent found on building roofs.
