The EOWS series (Electronic Outdoor Warning Siren) was a line of electronic sirens produced by Federal Signal Corporation.

Models

There were a total of 6 models, the 115, 408, 612, 812, 1212 and M12

EOWS*408 (Single Tone) 128 dBc/( Dual Tone) 125 dBc 8 (2 per horn)
The smallest out of the rotating sirens in the series. Not many are known to exist.
EOWS*612 12 (2 per horn)
The most polular of the series, many of these are in service.
EOWS*812 (Single Tone) 132 dBc/(Dual Tone) 130 dBc 12
The largest of the series. Not many of these are known to be in service but some do exist.

EOWS*115

The 115 was the first EOWS model to be produced by Federal Signal. It is different from the rest of the models, instead of using rounded speakers as the rest of the series the 115 rectangle horn speakers.

EOWS*M12

The M12, also called the Mobile SiraTone, is a vehicle mounted siren and was made so that siren warning tones and public address announcements could be sounded from multiple locations.[1]
