H.O.R. was a siren manufacturer founded by Italian immigrant Harry O. Ricci based out of Phoenix, AZ and Staten Island, NY. The company began producing sirens around 1942, and ceased production by the late 1960s. It produced three lines of sirens, the Siro-Drone, Sirex, and Super Sirex.
Contrary to popular misconception, H.O.R. stands for "Harry O. Ricci", not "Hear Our Roar".
