| The C1 1/2 or most commonly known as the '''Model 3''', not to be confused with the C2 1/2 which had a 2 inch larger rotor, was a 3 horse power, mechanical, omni-directional siren produced by [[Federal Signal Corporation]] part of the Fedelcode lineup. It's essentially the smaller version of the [[Model 5]]. The rotor is 13 inches in diameter which came in 2 different port ratios: 12 and 8-port single tone only. No dual tone versions of this siren were available. The siren was housed in a very simple enclosure that resembles an air vent found on building roofs.
